Lotte Lobé is the owner of Topsales Amsterdam. She is a trainer and speaker specializing in B2B sales and personal branding. In June 2023 she self-published her first book named Top of mind. Lotte has experience is various industries, training (mostly commercial) teams and providing strategic commercial advice to B2B businesses. She’s working with clients such as Testbirds, Van Doorne Advocaten, Atlas Fiscalisten, South Pole, Gravity, Monocle Solutions, The Green Branch and BNP Paribas. She also works with universities and students. As a speaker, she’s boosting business events with her hands-on and energetic talks about sales and personal branding.
Lotte started her sales journey as a 17-year-old cold caller, selling lottery tickets to consumers. She graduated with a master’s degree in Marketing at ‘De Vrije Universiteit’ in Amsterdam. Lotte gained her experience in the more complex and consultative B2B selling world during her time in ‘The City of London’. She sold solutions to financial institutions such as HSBC, ABN AMRO and Deutsche Bank. She was a part of an international sales team and collaborated with clients worldwide.

After spending a few years in London, Lotte moved back to Amsterdam where she continued her corporate job at ‘De Zuidas’. Not much later, Lotte took the plunge and started Topsales Amsterdam with a mission to help as many businesses and individuals succeed in sales. From the beginning Lotte understood the power of personal branding in today’s business landscape and used it to build her client base. Personal branding wasn't just a strategy for Lotte; it was a cornerstone of her success and it was seen by others.
Personal branding automatically became a hot topic during client sessions and meetings. People experienced a desire to make personal branding part of their sales strategy. At the same time, there was a lack of knowledge and limited believes such as: ‘What would others think of me if I get myself out there?’
This was Lotte her inspiration to write Top of mind, a book about personal branding. The book shows Lotte's dedication to helping professionals improve their professional image. It is her mission to empower professionals to get themselves out there and own it. Because, if you truly believe that you can make your clients’ life better, isn’t it your moral duty to let them know about your existence?
In 2020, Lotte was named a ‘Top 10 Female Sales Coach’ by Yahoo Finance and nominated for the VIVA400 business awards.
